Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Beadify, operated by Beadify APP Studio. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Beadify. Users between 13 and 17 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. One account per person.

Using Beadify

You agree to use Beadify for lawful purposes only and to comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Your patterns

Your patterns are yours. By saving a pattern you grant Beadify a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the service for you. By marking a pattern as public or shared, you also grant Beadify the right to display it to other users you have authorized. We will not use your patterns to train AI models or for any purpose unrelated to operating the service.

Shared patterns and reported content

If you make a pattern public, you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the source image and the resulting pattern. If you believe a public pattern infringes your copyright or violates these Terms, send a notice to [email protected] describing the content, the rights you hold, and your contact information. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the content.

Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Brazilian consumers may exercise the statutory 7-day right of regret (Art. 49, Code of Consumer Defense — CDC) for purchases made remotely. Outside that window, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Pricing changes do not affect the current paid period.
• Taxes, where applicable, are the user's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Acceptable use

Don't use Beadify to distribute malware, harvest data, circumvent access controls, abuse other users, or upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. Accounts found doing so will be terminated without refund.

Account inactivity

Free accounts inactive for 24 consecutive months may be deleted, along with their saved patterns, after a 30-day email warning. Paid accounts are exempt while their subscription is active.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no guarantees. We may perform maintenance, change features, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature, we will offer a prorated refund of the unused portion of that period.

Limitation of liability

Beadify is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including, for Brazilian consumers, rights granted by the Code of Consumer Defense (CDC), and for EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify active users by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect, except where a shorter timeframe is required by law. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't accept, you may cancel and delete your account.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil — except that consumers may bring claims in the courts of their domicile when permitted by mandatory consumer protection law.
